Peoplyee is seeking a proactive outbound sales professional in Semarang to build and expand our freight forwarding and logistics portfolio. You will identify prospective customers, approach them, and close new business opportunities across ocean and air freight, warehousing, and related services.

You will maintain strong relationships, tailor solutions to client needs, and collaborate with Operations and Pricing to deliver competitive offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding services (ocean/air, import/export).
• Experience in business development, market research, customer acquisition and quotation handling.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business by identifying and acquiring potential customers for freight and logistics services.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by understanding requirements and delivering solutions.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and contracts with Operations and Pricing teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Keep CRM records, pipelines, quotations, and activity reports; support revenue targets.

• Develop new business opportunities by identifying, approaching, and acquiring potential customers for freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, and logistics services.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers by understanding their logistics requirements, providing effective solutions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, service agreements, and customer contracts while coordinating with Operations and Pricing teams to ensure competitive and accurate offers.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for market expansion and business growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales pipelines, quotations, and activity reports in the CRM system, while monitoring sales performance and supporting the achievement of revenue targets.

Jobs Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in outbound sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding services, including ocean freight, air freight, import, and export processes.
