As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail store. What you’ll be doing

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answering customer inquiries and providing product information
• Processing sales transactions, handling cash, credit card, and mobile payments
• Maintaining the store's and ensuring product displays are well-organized and visually appealing
• Restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
• Providing feedback on customer needs and market trends
• Adhering to company policies and procedures
