Job summary

PT . GPI Logistics is launching a new Palu branch and seeks a Sales Representative and Operational to drive sales and manage branch operations.

You will act as the liaison between Palu branch and head office, handle logistics processes, release delivery orders, monitor stock, and prepare market reports for the Area Manager.

Based in Palu, you will join ASAP and contribute to growth with strong communication, organization, and market insight.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree from any major with min GPA 3.0.
• 1–3 years of logistics and freight forwarding experience in marketing, sales, or operations.
• Deep knowledge of freight forwarding regulations.
• Excellent communication, well-organized, detail oriented, presentation skills.
• English required; Mandarin is a plus.
• Immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Handle operational processes in branch office.

• Strive to achieve sales targets.
• Communicate with liner/container depot (vendor).

• List container stock and seals; handle administrations as needed.

We're looking for sales representative & operational in brand new branch office - Palu.

Responsibility:

To handle operational process in branch office

Being representative between branch and head office

Responsible to achieve sales target

Communication with liner/container depo (vendor)

Release DO to the customer

Listing container stock and seal, and handle administrations as needed

Survey market condition and creating report to the Area Manager

To help Area Manager in manage business process in Palu branch office

Requirements:

Diploma or bachelor degree from any major, min. GPA 3,00

At least 1-3 years of working experience in logistics and freight forwarding company as marketing, sales, or operational (import, export, domestics)

Having deep knowledge in freight forwarding & its regulations

Excellent in communication skills, well-organized, detail oriented, and presentation skills

Fast learner and independent

Able to speak English (also Mandarin) will be plus point

Able to join as soon as possible
