Job summary

Madame Gie Cosmetics is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive growth in the Jakarta area. You will expand our presence by visiting beauty stores, salons, clinics, and distributors, presenting products and closing deals.

The role requires at least a diploma or bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years’ sales experience in beauty or related FMCG sectors. You will monitor market trends, report on performance, and support promotions while delivering top-notch customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in Beauty, Cosmetics, Skincare, FMCG, or Retail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong drive to meet targets and be client-focused.
• Willing to field-visit customers and develop new opportunities.
• Having a driving license and own vehicle is preferred.
