Bosch Group in Jakarta Selatan offers a full-time paid internship targeted at college students. You will assist in claims handling, ISO 9001-related audits, and warranty documentation while gaining exposure to automotive engineering processes.

You will support IQIS creation, monitor item status, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering background is preferred.
• ISO 9001 knowledge is preferable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are required.
• Technical knowledge in Automotive is preferable.

Responsabilités

• Support for activities claims handling including support for IQIS creation and delivery part preparation.
• Support for preparation and audit ISO 9001 activities.
• Monitoring and update status internal Bosch for pending item problem.
• Monitor and update status commercial cost affected from 0km or field problem
• Support for warranty documentation activities
• Support SQW activities

Job Description

• Support for activities claims handling including support for IQIS creation and delivery part preparation
• Support for preparation and audit ISO 9001 activities
• Monitoring and update status internal Bosch for pending item problem
• Monitor and update status commercial cost affected from 0km or field problem
• Support for warranty documentation activities
• Support SQW activities

Qualifications

• Have academic background in engineering preferable
• Have experience / knowledge related with ISO 9001 are preferable
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Technical knowledge in Automotive is preferable
