Bosch Group is offering a full-time paid internship in the Jakarta/Cikarang area. It is open to college students who have not yet graduated and are able to work in a hybrid office environment.

The role supports project management tasks across planning, execution, and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to cross-functional initiatives and documentation. The program emphasizes real-world project exposure, teamwork, and practical data gathering to advance ongoing initiatives within Bosch

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proficient in English (written & verbal).
• Hybrid working location; Jakarta & Cikarang offices.

Responsabilidades

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
• Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Help coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the project team.
• Conduct research and gather data to support project initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and communication.
• Participate in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions to enhance project outcomes.
