Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia is offering a full-time paid internship for college students within the January–June 2027 period. The role covers EXIM billing checks, preparation of clearance documents, and Power BI dashboards, with focus on gaining practical experience in foreign trade and logistics.

Ideal candidates are final-year students from Industrial Engineering, Management, Logistics, or related fields, proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint and fluent in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

• Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering / Management / Logistic / Management Transportation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
• Keen to learn and proactive. Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Have a good knowledge in logistics and foreign trade.

• EXIM Billing invoice checking, submitting to Finance / CF and create the report.
• Create Supporting documents for export-import clearance process (insurance, POA letter, DNP)
• General archiving (soft copy database) for EXIM documentation
• Project on foreign trade or EXIM field
• Power BI (chart, KPI, Dashboard)
