Zusammenfassung

Bosch Group in Jakarta Selatan is seeking a dedicated intern recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for interns, from sourcing to onboarding.

You will maintain intern databases, coordinate contracts, and support hiring for permanent roles as needed; open to college students only.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking start and end dates.
• Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs.
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing orientation and resources.
• Prepare and support signing of internship contracts and required documentation.
• Manage and regularly update the intern database.
• Support hiring for permanent positions as needed.
• Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed.

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
• Create and maintain In/Out reports for interns, tracking their start and end dates
• Collaborate with users to understand internship requirements and align candidate profiles with business needs
• Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, providing necessary orientation and resources
• Prepare and support the signing of internship contracts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
• Manage and regularly update the intern database
• Support hiring for permanent positions as needed
• Provide support for various administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related fields
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing intern data and documentation
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and administrative functions
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
