Job summary

Bosch Group in Indonesia invites motivated undergraduates to join as a full-time paid internship from January to July 2027. You'll gain hands-on experience supporting engineering, business, and sales-related activities, with emphasis on project coordination, technical documentation, and customer communication.

You will work independently and with teams, develop analytical skills, and use Microsoft Office to prepare reports and materials.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
• Able to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project launch activities and internal project coordination.
• Support monthly sales report preparation and data analysis.
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining technical materials and updating pricing information.
• Contribute to planning and execution of promotional events.
• Provide general support for other internal needs as required.
• Assist in communication with customers regarding ongoing projects.

Job Description

Internal Responsibilities:

• Assist in project launch activities and internal project coordination
• Support monthly sales report preparation and data analysis
• Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining technical materials and updating pricing information
• Contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events (e.g., PS Exhibitions, PS Tech Forums)
• Provide general support for other internal needs as required

External Responsibilities:

• Assist in communication with customers regarding ongoing projects and series production
• Help arrange and coordinate meetings with external stakeholders
• Provide general support for customer-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage administrative tasks accurately
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
