PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking a Sales Promotion Supervisor to plan, execute, and oversee promotions across channels. You will lead a team, coordinate with marketing and sales, and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and ROI targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales promotion or marketing with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel for on-site promotional activities. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5 years in sales promotion/marketing with supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in planning and executing campaigns.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement strategic sales promotion plans aligned with marketing goals and sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales promotion staff.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to integrate promotions with campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify promotional opportunities and support initiatives.
• Manage the budget for sales promotion activities, ensuring cost-effective execution and ROI.
• Oversee in-store promotions, sampling events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Negotiate with vendors for promotional materials and event logistics.
• Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, providing reports and recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify new promotional opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Prepare reports on promotion performance including sales lift and budget utilization.
