PT Japfa Food Indonesia is seeking a Sales Promotion Supervisor to plan, execute, and oversee promotions across channels. You will lead a team, coordinate with marketing and sales, and ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and ROI targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales promotion or marketing with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to travel for on-site promotional activities. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.

Job Summary

The Sales Promotion Supervisor at PT Japfa Food Indonesia is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing sales promotion activities to drive brand awareness, increase sales, and achieve marketing objectives. This role involves leading a team, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring the effective implementation of promotional strategies across different channels.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales promotion plans aligned with overall marketing goals and sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales promotion staff, including training, performance management, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure seamless integration of promotional activities with broader marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify promotional opportunities and support sales initiatives.
• Manage the budget for sales promotion activities, ensuring cost-effective execution and optimal ROI.
• Oversee the execution of in-store promotions, sampling events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for promotional materials, prizes, and event logistics.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new promotional opportunities.
• Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on promotion performance, including sales lift, customer engagement, and budget utilization.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales promotion, marketing, or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing sales promotion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of consumer goods industry, preferably within the food sector.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations for promotional activities.
