PT Indodana Multi Finance is seeking a motivated Area Sales Supervisor for Jambi. You will lead a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, visit merchants daily, and build strong store relationships to meet area targets.

You will monitor promoter activities, coordinate field trainings, and ensure in-store promotions are effectively executed. Strong leadership, communication, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualificações

• Senior High School or Diploma is required.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage a team and area.
• Good communication and marketing skills with social media.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel.

Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area. Daily visit to merchant and make good relationship with PIC store. Ensuring the program in its area runs well and the programs sales targets can be met. To ensure placement POP material promotion in store. Coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors and field issues.

• Candidate must possess at least Senior High School or Diploma in any field
