Job summary

Cermati is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Kendari to drive area targets and manage field operations. You will lead a team of Sales Promoters, visit merchants daily, and ensure program execution meets targets with strong stakeholder coordination.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, and hands-on training for promoters, with the ability to coordinate cross-functionally and adapt to shifting schedules in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School or Diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Strong leadership and able to manage team and area; good communication and social media marketing skills.
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel; able to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales targets in accordance with the area.
• Daily visits to merchants and building good relations with PIC store.
• Ensure programs in the area run well and targets are met.
• Coordinate with partner operations teams for sales information, competitors, and field issues.
• Handle around 15-20 Sales Promoters.
• Monitor daily activities of Promoters.
• Conduct field team training and refresher training for Promoters.

• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Office and Excel
• Able to work shifting
