Job summary

PT Klots Interior Indonesia is seeking a diligent Sales Administration Staff to support order processing, data accuracy, and client coordination in Kemang, South Jakarta.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree, is proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and can work five days a week, including Saturdays.

This role offers career growth toward a Junior Sales Associate or Client Support position based on performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree from any major.
• Background in Administration, Management, Business, or related fields preferred.
• Fast learner and adaptable to new tasks and environments.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to be based in Kemang, South Jakarta and able to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Input and manage sales orders, product data, and customer information.
• Track order status, payments, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, and visual merchandising teams.
• Maintain sales documentation including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts.
• Update product availability, stock status, and pricing information to customers/designers.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Support general sales administration and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate client and designer special occasions and related arrangements.
