Job summary

FIT HUB, a Jakarta-based health and wellness startup, is seeking an Associate/Sr. Associate in Sales and OpEx to drive process improvements and optimize leads conversion.

You will lead initiatives end-to-end, coordinate across departments, and deliver measurable productivity gains in a fast-paced environment. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, 4+ years in related fields, and experience with SQL or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Minimum 4 years in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy or Data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements, focusing on sales and conversion rates.
• Develop and implement procedures, standards and initiatives for operational processes.
• Lead projects to improve leads conversion and frontliner productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project implementation.
