Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven and objective.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improve conversion rates.
• Develop and execute procedures, standards and initiatives for operational processes.
• Lead projects to improve leads conversion and frontliner productivity.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful implementation of projects or initiatives.
