Job summary

Valeo in Batam, Indonesia, seeks a Supply Chain Planner to recognize and manage all customer demands by driving Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Production Schedules (MPS). You will ensure customer requirements are integrated into the system and orders loaded, maintaining target service levels.

Responsibilities include monitoring stock, coordinating procurement, production and shipping, releasing picking lists, and providing precise updates to customer contacts.

Responsibilities

• Load customer schedules into the system and ensure customer requirements are integrated; address integration errors.
• Identify large order variations between forecasted and firmed schedules and ensure data is accurate.
• Release picking lists for deliveries when necessary.
• Monitor the supply chain across procurement, production, and shipping to meet target service levels; alert on min/max stock levels.
• Coordinate with external logistics platforms; manage packaging, MOQs, lead times, and transport schedules.
