Job summary

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the willingness to work Saturdays in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree from any major.
• Background in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales or sales administration is an advantage.
• Willing to be based in Kemang, South Jakarta.
• Able and willing to work on Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Assist and serve customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Learn product information and support customers in selecting suitable products.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
• Input and maintain sales orders, product data, and customer information in the system.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, payments, and delivery status.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, accounting, and visual merchandising teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Update product availability, stock status, and pricing information to customers/designers.
• Maintain organized sales documents including invoices, delivery orders, and receipts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
• Support the showroom team in maintaining product presentation and overall showroom readiness.

RESPONSIBILITES :

REQUIREMENTS :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree from any major
• Background in Business Administration, Management, Communication, Marketing, Interior Design, or related fields is an advantage
• Previous experience in sales or sales administration is an advantage
• Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to new tasks and working environments
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Friendly, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively with different departments
• Willing to be based in Kemang, South Jakarta
• Able and willing to work on Saturdays
