Job summary

PT. INLIFE JAYA ABADI is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team with order management, data entry, and document organization. You will coordinate with the warehouse on product availability and shipments, and liaise with multiple departments to ensure orders, contracts, and invoices are processed efficiently.

The role requires at least a Diploma 3 and 1 year of sales assistant experience. A strong sense of integrity and responsibility is essential, along with BPJS employment benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma 3 is required.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily internal sales tasks including managing customer orders (order, shipping & payment), data entry and follow-up, and organizing related documents.
• Coordinate and manage with the warehouse regarding product availability and shipment.
• Coordinate communication between various internal departments and the sales team to ensure smooth processing of orders, PO, contracts, and invoices.
• Help organize sales meetings, prepare sales reports, and compile relevant materials.
• Input and archive purchasing data neatly and accurately.
• Assist with the vendor evaluation and price negotiation processes.
