Job summary

SCG is seeking a field sales professional based in Gresik, East Java. The role requires visiting potential customers, building strong client relationships, and negotiating pricing and terms. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate product pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely product deliveries.
• Identify and address customer complaints by coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments.
• Prepare work reports, communicate progress, and discuss issues with supervisors.
• Actively participate in workplace health and safety (K3) initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese communication.

• Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in raw materials, supporting materials, job-order products, or products requiring technical explanations, are preferred.
