Job summary

BINUS University in Jakarta is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive education-related sales activities. You will manage quotations, invoicing, and payments, while maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners and prospective students.

You will also support market research, campus tours, and recruitment of education counselors, coordinating with internal teams to optimize sales outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum holder Bachelor's Degree (S1).
• Minimum 2 years working experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete all stages of sales, including quotation preparation, requirements confirmation, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Maintain and update customer status data with detailed records.
• Follow up inputs from sales channels and support activities.
• Provide prospective customer database for telemarketing and campus tours.
• Coordinate with other units to enhance sales effectiveness and promotional activities.

Sales Activities

• Ensure each stage of sales is completed in a timely and accurate manner, include preparation of quotations, confirmation of requirements, required invoices, and payment collection
• Perform sales activity that comply to financial procedures (e.g., cost estimation, quotations and invoices, monitoring, and recording payment)
• Maintain and update customer’s status data with detail records
• Receive and follow up inputs from channel of distribution (i.e., sales agent that support sales activity)
• Create sales income report and progress from all channels of distribution
• Provide prospective customers database for telemarketing activities
• Proactive and maintain good customer relationships with corporate partners
• Provide comprehensive information regarding available programs to prospective customer (e.g., academic time period)
• Conduct and follow up school canvassing process
• Coordinate with other units to support the effectiveness of sales activities
• Arrange and conduct visits from prospective customer (i.e., campus tours and viewings of the facilities and services)
• Compiles, maintains, and file all reports, records and other documents required
• Monitor the sales progress from team promotion
• Proactive and maintain good customer relationships with corporate partners
• Conduct recruitment process for education counselors
• Allocate job assignment for education counselors
• Update the product knowledge of education counselor
• Monitor performance of the overall education counselor activities (i.e., sales activity and progress)

Sales Activity Evaluation

• Review sales achievement periodically
• Evaluate sales activities and provide recommendation to direct supervisor for further improvement Provide input/solution to overcome unachieved sales target
• Assist with ongoing market research and analysis

General activities

• Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor
• Provide periodic report to direct supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to sales and promotion activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System

Education Requirement

• Minimum holder Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

Work Exposure/ Experience

• Minimum 2 years working experience
