Job summary

Sinar Mas mencari Sales Officer untuk mengelola stok komoditas (TBS, kernel, CPO), menganalisis harga pasar, menetapkan harga jual, dan menangani administrasi penjualan mulai dari kontrak dan DO hingga koordinasi transport.

Tugas lain meliputi rekonsiliasi data penjualan dengan anggaran produksi, memverifikasi faktur, serta mempersiapkan rekapan komisi dan layanan manajemen untuk persetujuan atasan.

Qualifications

• Minimal Sarjana Akuntansi
• Pengalaman kerja terkait minimal 1 tahun
• Siap ditempatkan di Head Office Jakarta
• Penempatan penuh waktu (full-time)

Responsibilities

• Pantau dan rekam posisi stok (TBS, kernel, CPO) berdasarkan laporan MCC.
• Pantau harga pasar komoditas berdasarkan tender untuk menentukan harga jual.
• Buat kontrak penjualan dan DO setelah negosiasi dengan pembeli serta hubungi jasa transportasi.
• Sediakan informasi kepada produsen untuk pengiriman sesuai DO yang telah dibuka.
• Periksa kelengkapan dan kebenaran faktur penjualan dan DO.

Job Description Summary

managing commodity stocks (TBS, kernel, CPO), analyzing market prices and fruit grading to determine selling prices, and handling sales administration from contracts and DOs to transport coordination. Additionally, it is responsible for reconciling sales data with production budgets, verifying invoicing for accounting, and preparing commission and management service recapitulations for approval.

Job Description

• Monitor and record stock positions (TBS, kernel, CPO) based on reports from each MCC.
• Monitor the market price of all commodities based on a tender made to determine the selling price.
• Make sales contract and DO (delivery order) based on result of negotiation done by superiors with buyer kemudan contact transportation service for delivery process.
• Provide information to the manufacturer to deliver the barand to the transport services based on DO that has been opened to be forwarded to the buyer.
• Checking and ensuring that the billing invoice and DO are complete and correct.
• Preparing and recapitulating the sale based on the tank / shipping reports from each MCC and comparing it with the production budget to know the increase / decrease of production every month.
• Making a comparison of TBS prices from outside gardens and gardens (internal) based on the examples and fruit grading results received to determine the selling price.
• Checking the sales invoice data with printout data out of factory expenditures for follow-up on accounting.
• Preparing the recapitulation of the purchase of the commission and the commission based on the purchase data of the pruchasing unduk further approved by the superior.
• Preparing the recapitulation of management services based on data from the accounting and MIS dept. on the mature and immature crops of each garden to obtain the approval of the superior.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Accounting
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
• Full-time position
