Job summary

Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) Jakarta head office seeks an accounting professional to manage commodity stocks (TBS, kernel, CPO), analyze market prices, determine selling prices, and handle sales administration from contracts and DOs to transport coordination.

The role also reconciles sales data with production budgets, verifies invoicing for accounting, and prepares commission and management service recapitulations for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Willing to be placed at Head Office Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and record stock positions (TBS, kernel, CPO) based on MCC reports.
• Monitor market prices and determine selling prices based on tender results.
• Prepare sales contracts and DOs after negotiations with buyers; coordinate transport.
• Provide information to the manufacturer to deliver the barand to the transport services via DO.
• Check and ensure invoices and DOs are complete and correct.
• Recapitulate sales against production budgets and monitor monthly production changes.
• Compare external and internal TBS prices to determine selling prices.
• Check sales invoice data against factory expenditures for accounting follow-up.
• Prepare recapitulation of commissions and management service charges for approval.
• Prepare the recapitulation of management services based on data from accounting and MIS.

Additionally, it is responsible for reconciling sales data with production budgets, verifying invoicing for accounting, and preparing commission and management service recapitulations for approval.

Job Description:

• Monitor and record stock positions (TBS, kernel, CPO) based on reports from each MCC.
• Monitor the market price of all commodities based on a tender made to determine the selling price.
• Make sales contract and DO (delivery order) based on result of negotiation done by superiors with buyer kemudan contact transportation service for delivery process.
• Provide information to the manufacturer to deliver the barand to the transport services based on DO that has been opened to be forwarded to the buyer.
• Checking and ensuring that the billing invoice and DO are complete and correct.
• Preparing and recapitulating the sale based on the tank / shipping reports from each MCC and comparing it with the production budget to know the increase / decrease of production every month.
• Making a comparison of TBS prices from outside gardens and gardens (internal) based on the examples and fruit grading results received to determine the selling price.
• Checking the sales invoice data with printout data out of factory expenditures for follow-up on accounting.
• Preparing the recapitulation of the purchase of the commission and the commission based on the purchase data of the pruchasing unduk further approved by the superior.
• Preparing the recapitulation of management services based on data from the accounting and MIS dept. on the mature and immature crops of each garden to obtain the approval of the superior.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Accounting
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Willing to be placed in Head Office Jakarta
