Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Modern Trade.
• Experience interacting with buyers and knowledge of modern trade regulations and requirements (supermarket/minimarket).
• Strong sales ability, relationship management skills and negotiation capabilities.
• Diligent, honest, disciplined and responsible.
• Minimum passive English language proficiency.
• Able to ride a motorcycle or drive a car (driving license preferred).

Responsabilités

• Sell industrial tools and spare parts (abrasives, hoses, welding equipment, machinery, hose equipment).
• Maintain and develop business across multiple modern trade outlets and identify new opportunities.
• Manage and develop long-term relationships with modern trade retailers.
• Develop, execute and analyze promotional planning in assigned supermarkets and ensure promotions run effectively.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and retail trends.
• Work with management to develop plans and strategies to achieve targets.

This role involves selling industrial tools and spare parts including abrasives, hoses, welding equipment, machinery, and hose equipment to modern trade retailers such as building material supermarkets and hardware retail stores.

Key responsibilities

• Sell industrial tools and spare parts (abrasives, hoses, welding equipment, machinery, hose equipment)
• Maintain and develop business across multiple modern trade outlets (building material supermarkets or hardware retail stores) and identify new business opportunities
• Manage, oversee and develop long-term relationships with modern trade retailers
• Develop, execute and analyze promotional planning in assigned supermarkets, including business reviews with supermarket buyers, and ensure promotions run effectively
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and retail industry trends
• Work with management to develop plans, strategies and business policies for the future, and determine sales and promotion methods to achieve targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Modern Trade
• Experience interacting with buyers and knowledge of modern trade regulations and requirements (supermarket/minimarket)
• Strong sales ability, relationship management skills and negotiation capabilities
• Diligent, honest, disciplined and responsible
• Minimum passive English language proficiency
• Able to ride a motorcycle or drive a car (possession of a driving license is preferred)
