Job summary

PT Kopi Prima Indonesia is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and growth. You will lead a dynamic marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, content, and brand initiatives while guiding a sales force to meet targets.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and data-driven decision making to identify opportunities and optimize performance; you will collaborate with stakeholders to shape the overall business

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in coffee or FMCG.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
