Job summary

Art Village, a Bali-based creative production studio, seeks a proactive sales and marketing enthusiast ready to wear many hats from content creation to exhibitions. You will photograph products, edit short videos, manage Instagram, and build compelling sales materials using Canva and Google Slides.

You will also set up and manage Tokopedia and Shopee stores, research exhibitions, contact potential clients, and nurture leads to help grow the business in Indonesia's vibrant creative scene.

Responsibilities

• Organize regular professional photography of Art Village products including sculptures, lighting, furniture, décor, handmade products and installations
• Create short videos and Reels for Instagram and other platforms
• Manage and develop Art Village's Instagram presence, including planning content schedules, posting products and projects, creating Reels and Stories, and writing engaging captions
• Prepare and maintain professional sales materials including product catalogues, digital catalogues, brochures, price lists, presentations, and portfolio materials using Canva, Google Slides or similar tools
• Set up and manage Art Village stores on Tokopedia and Shopee, including uploading products, writing descriptions, managing inquiries and coordinating orders
• Research relevant exhibitions and trade fairs in Bali and Indonesia, identify opportunities, prepare exhibition calendars, contact organizers and help develop exhibition concepts
• Represent Art Village during exhibitions, communicate with visitors and potential clients, collect contacts and leads, and follow up with potential clients
• Research potential clients and companies including real estate companies, property developers, architects, interior designers, landscape designers, hotels and resorts
• Contact potential clients by email, Instagram, WhatsApp and other channels to introduce Art Village and its products
• Maintain a database of potential clients, follow up on leads, arrange meetings and presentations, and support the development of commercial proposals

Job description

This role combines Sales, Marketing, Content Creation, E-commerce and Exhibition Development. The main goal is to make Art Village products and creative services more visible, professionally presented, and easier to sell — both online and through direct business development.

Key responsibilities

Organize regular professional photography of Art Village products including sculptures, lighting, furniture, décor, handmade products and installations

Compensation

+ 15–20% commission on sales

BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, and Meal Allowance.
