Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a photographer to create high‑quality visual content across its luxury hospitality destinations and brands. You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to translate campaigns and events into compelling imagery.

The role requires adapting to campaigns and live environments, traveling between venues when needed, and maintaining a distinctive visual library with strong storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional photography experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, travel, or entertainment.
• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and a range of lenses.
• Strong skills in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Own photography across Savaya Group, producing imagery for campaigns, social media, digital platforms, websites, advertising, PR, and editorial.
• Capture architecture, interiors, destinations, food and beverage, people, lifestyle, and events to reflect brand character.
• Plan and execute shoots aligned with campaign calendars, brand priorities, venue activations, and openings.
• Manage the complete photography workflow: pre-production, shooting, selection, editing, color correction, retouching, and delivery.

Do you have an eye for the details, atmosphere, and moments that make a hospitality brand unforgettable?

As Photographer at Savaya Group Head Office, you will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across our portfolio of hospitality destinations, experiences, and brands. You will work closely with Marketing, Brand, Creative, F&B, and venue teams to translate campaigns, events, and everyday experiences into compelling photography.

This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who understands premium hospitality, lifestyle, and entertainment photography and can move seamlessly between carefully planned campaigns and fast‑paced live environments.

What You’ll Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create visual content across Savaya Group’s growing hospitality portfolio
• Work with a diverse range of luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, and entertainment concepts
• Collaborate directly with Head Office Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams
• Capture destinations, architecture, food, beverages, people, lifestyle, and events
• Photograph major launches, campaigns, activations, and international events
• Build a strong and distinctive visual library for Savaya Group and its brands
• Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content direction
• Travel between venues and destinations as required to capture key moments and stories

What You’ll Be Doing

You will take ownership of photography across Savaya Group, producing high-quality imagery that supports brand campaigns, social media, digital platforms, websites, advertising, PR, editorial, and other marketing initiatives.

You will capture the full hospitality experience — from architecture, interiors, and destination details to food and beverage, guest experiences, people, entertainment, and major events. Your work will need to communicate the character and positioning of each brand while maintaining the high visual standards associated with Savaya Group.

You will work closely with the Head Office Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to plan and execute photoshoots aligned with campaign calendars, brand priorities, venue activations, new openings, F&B launches, and special events. You will collaborate with venue teams to identify strong visual opportunities and ensure relevant content is consistently captured.

You will manage the complete photography workflow, including pre-production, shooting, image selection, editing, color correction, retouching, and final delivery. You will also be able to respond quickly to live content requirements, particularly for events and social media, without compromising the quality and consistency of the final imagery.

You will maintain and organize Savaya Group’s photography asset library, ensuring images are correctly categorized, tagged, archived, and backed up for future use. You will also take responsibility for the group's photography equipment and ensure cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories are properly maintained and ready for production.

You will stay current with developments in photography, visual culture, hospitality, luxury lifestyle, and social media content trends, bringing new ideas and techniques that keep Savaya Group's visual storytelling fresh, relevant, and distinctive.

• Do you have 3–5 years of professional photography experience with a strong portfolio?
• Have you worked in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, travel, fashion, entertainment, or a similarly premium environment?
• Can you adapt your visual approach to different brands, destinations, and creative directions?
• Are you confident photographing architecture, interiors, food, beverages, people, lifestyle, and events?
• Can you capture both polished campaign imagery and authentic, spontaneous moments?
• Do you have experience with live events, nightlife, entertainment, or documentary-style photography?
• Are you highly proficient with professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras and a range of lenses?
• Do you have a strong understanding of natural and artificial lighting?
• Are you highly skilled in Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop?
• Do you have an exceptional eye for composition, detail, lighting, and visual storytelling?
• Can you manage multiple projects, shoots, and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment?
• Are you comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays when required for events and productions?
• Are you proactive, creative, self‑motivated, and confident working independently?
• Can you collaborate effectively with Marketing, Brand, Creative, F&B, Operations, and venue teams?
• Are you willing and able to travel between Savaya Group destinations as required?
• Do you have a degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field? This is preferred but not essential.
• Can you communicate professionally in English, with Bahasa Indonesia being an advantage?
