Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a motivated Marketing Staff to join our manufacturing company. The role focuses on developing marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting sales growth.

You will conduct market research, prepare presentations, and collaborate with Sales and Production to meet customer needs. English is preferred; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B marketing, manufacturing, or industrial products is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking and customer relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
• Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for company products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Conduct market research and monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, product presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and other departments to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads and potential projects.
• Visit customers and attend business meetings when required.
• Prepare regular marketing reports and analyze marketing performance.
• Support the company in achieving sales and business development targets.
