Job summary

You will coordinate with customers to ensure on-time delivery, support order processing, and contribute to market research and strategy execution, while maintaining strong English, Indonesian, and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, preferably within the industrial or raw materials sector.
• Strong understanding of raw materials markets, industry trends, and customer needs.
• Possess at least Professional Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Fresh Graduate with Excellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building and result oriented are encouraged to apply.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on actionable insights.
• Team player and can work independently
• Possess own transport.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Chinese are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects.
• Plan and organize daily visits to generate sales orders.
• Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on quotations.
• Meet sales targets and assist in executing sales strategies.
• Collect payments in accordance with terms and monitor credit risk.
• Conduct market research and report insights to management.
