Job summary

PT Nayati Indonesia is seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager to lead B2B residential kitchen sales through Modern Trade and Living Retailers. You will be responsible for achieving targets and developing new business opportunities across Indonesia, with Semarang as a key base.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of sales management experience, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a broad network in the kitchen and home interior sectors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Minimum 5 years of sales manager experience, preferably in a Home Kitchen Sales Manager / Interior Marketing Manager.

Strong leadership, negotiation, sales, and business development skills.

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business, proactive, and customer-focused.

Strong network in Residentian Kitchen / Home Interior industry / B2B (Modern Trade / Living Retailer).

Willing to travel nationwide and work in Semarang.
