Job summary

PT SURYA SEMESTA INTERNUSA TBK is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager in the real estate and property sector. You will develop and execute measurable sales strategies to consistently achieve company targets, set team targets, and motivate staff to reach them.

You will build relationships with clients and mortgage provider banks, identify target segments, monitor market trends, and collaborate cross-functionally to support overall company performance. Subang, West Java placement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) from any major.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate & Property industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in digital marketing, with a strong professional network and market knowledge within the real estate and property industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and leadership skills, with proven ability to lead and drive sales performance.
• Willing to be placed at the Subang, West Java
