Job summary

Peoplyee in Batam is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for oil-free air compressor products. You will visit customers, present advanced technical solutions, and negotiate proposals and contracts with distributors and dealers.

You will collaborate with service, aftermarket, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and robust after-sales support, while analyzing market data to identify new opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electrical).
• Mandarin proficiency equivalent to HSK 4 and communicative English proficiency.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, preferably in industrial equipment.
