Job summary

PT Mersifarma TM seeks a Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute regional sales strategies, drive growth, and achieve KPIs in Indonesia. You will lead the sales team, monitor performance, and collaborate with distributors to expand market presence.

You will coach District Managers and sales staff, build strong customer relationships, ensure promotions and distribution plans, and travel extensively to manage field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably as Regional Sales Manager, or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets, growth objectives, and KPIs.
• Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team within the assigned region.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and develop action plans to improve regional performance.
• Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and performance development to the sales team to strengthen capabilities and ensure effective execution in the field.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners while identifying opportunities for market expansion.
• Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, promotional programs, distribution activities, outlet development, and company policies throughout the region.
