Job summary

LOF International Dairy Product JSC seeks a Head of Regional Sales to lead General Trade across East Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi, driving strategy, distributor performance and field execution. You will direct sales plans, build a high-performance team and expand distribution in a fast-moving market.

The role requires strong data analysis, planning and negotiation skills, plus a hands-on leadership style with extensive travel to manage distributors, launches and customer events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years FMCG sales experience with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
• Strong knowledge of General Trade channels and RTM dynamics in Jabodetabek.
• Proven track record of sales growth, distribution development and market expansion.
• Strong distributor management, including Joint Business Planning and execution follow-up.
• Advanced Excel and sales data analysis capability for forecasting and trade spend evaluation.
• Strong planning, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong field execution mindset.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the implementation of sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets in Jabodetabek.
• Evaluate distributor performance, establish Joint Business Plans, and drive execution across coverage and merchandising.
• Set sales KPIs, track performance, identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and motivate Principal and Distributor sales teams.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Ensure effective execution of trade programs and route-to-market strategies.
• Manage compliance with company policies, trade programs and processes.
• Own regional business performance including trade spend and go-to-market expansion.
• Coordinate key activities: new product launches, distributor meetings, events and channel projects.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required by supervision.
