Talent HuntPH is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional in Jakarta to drive revenue for our food flavors portfolio. You will manage dealer accounts, engage directly with manufacturers, and build strong customer relationships to expand market share.

The role emphasizes identifying new opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored product solutions, with onsite duties and a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in food flavors.
• Ability to approach and win new customers.
• Diploma or degree in Food Technology or Business fields required.

• Manage sales and business development for dealer market & direct food manufacturer
• Maintain contact with all customers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Identify potential customers and develop plans to develop business opportunities
• Generate demand from customers by understanding their technology commercial flavor requirements and further to be passed on to technical department in office for solutions.
• Do research of regional market insights
• Understand Customer Demands & Requirements to consult products to Customers
• Maintain records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports
• Demonstrate company values, ethics & pride through exemplary behavior
• Keep a track of the clients business initiatives and future plans & analyze its impact on business

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years experience in Sales B2B, product: Food Flavors
• Must have experience in approach new customers
• Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Food Technology / Business Administration/ Business Management / Sales & Marketing
• Onsite job prefer candidate living in Jakarta or near this area
