The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or Business Administration, has at least five years in sales with two in supervision, and excels in analytics, KPI tracking, and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in MT and GT strategies, distribution, and outlet coverage.
• Experience leading, coaching, and evaluating sales teams to hit targets.
• Strong analytical skills for sales performance, market trends, and channel analysis.
• Target-driven, proactive, and capable under pressure.
• Solid knowledge of sales reporting, KPI monitoring, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Strong experience in developing and executing Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) strategies, with a proven track record of driving distribution, outlet coverage, and sales growth.

Proven experience in leading, managing, coaching, and evaluating sales teams to achieve business targets.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, customer behavior, and channel performance to develop effective sales strategies.

Target-oriented, proactive, analytical, and able to perform effectively under pressure.

Strong knowledge of sales reporting, KPI monitoring, sales forecasting, and performance analysis.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with CRM or sales management systems is a plus.

Willing to travel and conduct regular customer and market visits as required.

Experience in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or related industries is highly preferred.

Willing to be based in Sidoarjo, East Java.
