Job summary

PT Yong Ma Electronics in Jakarta seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive growth across traditional, modern and online markets. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies, and coordinate with distributors and merchandisers to hit targets.

The role requires a minimum of six years in sales, preferably in home appliances or consumer electronics, with strong leadership, negotiation and analytical skills and a network in the industry. Fluency in English or Korean is a plus.

About you

Bachelor Degree in any field

Minimum 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home appliance, consumer electronics, retail industry and traditional market.

Strong understanding of distributors, stores, modern trade, traditional trade, and key account management.

Proven experience in developing sales strategies and successfully achieving sales targets.

Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a sales team.

Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Communication Skill and Technical Capacity

High Initiative in Updating and Benchmarking Customer Trends

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for sales analysis and reporting.

Positive attitude and responsible

Having an established network in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry is an advantage.

Fluency in Korean or English, both spoken and written, will be an advantage.
