• Proficiency in pricing strategies, product knowledge, and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for the National Modern Market Channel to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports covering sales performance, distribution, new product listings, and market activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Monitor and manage national sales targets and performance within the Modern Market Channel.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities within the Modern Market Channel.

Job description

• Develop and execute strategies for the National Modern Market Channel to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare periodic reports covering sales performance, distribution, new product listings, and market activities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers.
• Develop strategies for Strategic Business Units to support profitability and market share growth.
• Monitor and manage national sales targets and performance within the Modern Market Channel.
• Maintain existing outlets and identify opportunities for new outlet development.
• Prepare sales budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly sales reports, and weekly activity plans.
• Monitor market and competitor developments.
• Plan and coordinate promotional activities within the Modern Market Channel.
• Drive sales performance according to targets established by Management.
• Review and evaluate trading terms, commercial agreements, and sales support programs.
• Conduct weekly sales reviews, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any major.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the same position (Manager Modern Channel) and industry (Home Appliance, Electronic, Smartphone, etc).
• Strong retail management knowledge and analytical thinking.
• Strong strategic & project management skills.
• Good pricing strategy, product knowledge, and leadership skills.
• Able to handle stress and work under tight schedules.
• Quick learner and able to work effectively.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
• Persistent, detail-oriented, friendly, and adaptable.
