Job summary

MR Global (HK) Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Application Specialist to support sales teams in Indonesia. The role focuses on lab equipment, with hematology preferred, and requires strong SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.

The candidate should have a formal Biomedical Engineering background and at least five years in a similar field, with solid English communication skills to interact with distributors and end users in local markets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years as Clinical Application Specialist for laboratory equipment (hematology preferred).
• English speaking/writing at an intermediate level.
• Proficient in Microsoft software and SAP operation.

Responsibilities

• Assist to achieve sales target of IVD product line in the specific territory
• Provide technical support to sales team and local distributors
• Conduct demo during expo or customer visit
• Accommodate any rising questions related with the equipment from sales, distributors, and end users
• Attend local promotion activities such as exhibitions, congresses, seminars and workshops
• Collect distributors and end-users' feedbacks from the market; summarize and analyze customer requirements for future product development and upgrade
• Inventory control of demo units (cost, location, logistics and demo agenda)
• Provide trainings to local distributors

Job description

Diploma Degree or above, majoring in Biomedical Engineering or other related field

At least 5 years of experience as Clinical Application Specialist (handling Laboratory equipment, preferably Hematology)

Intermediate English speaking and writing skills
