Job summary

RGF HR Agent Indonesia is seeking a Sales Lead to drive client acquisition and lead the sales team within a dynamic marketing agency. You will identify prospects, present marketing solutions, and manage the pipeline to meet revenue targets.

You will lead client meetings with cross-functional teams, nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and explore upsell opportunities while reporting progress to management. A strong hunter mindset and proven BD background are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Business English proficiency
• Min. 2 years of working experience as a Sales Supervisor in a marketing agency, experienced in Business Development
• Proven track record of acquiring new brand clients and Hands-on experience selling and handling marketing activities
• Target-driven, with a hunter mentality and able to work in a team

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and reach out to potential brand clients across target industries through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
• Understand client business objectives and translate them into marketing solutions
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and pitches together with the creative, strategy, and project teams
• Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to drive repeat business and retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales or business development team
• Deliver weekly and monthly sales reports and revenue forecasts to management
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs
