Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Sales Business Analyst to transform sales and market data into actionable insights. You will work with the National Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities, monitor trends, and prepare reports and presentations for strategic planning and expansion.

This role focuses on analyzing performance, developing daily to monthly dashboards, supporting forecasting and budgeting, and improving reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Business Analyst, Sales Analyst, Commercial Analyst, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, dashboards, and data modeling).
• Experience in business reporting, sales analysis, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights to support business growth.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend monitoring.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales target planning activities.
• Develop management presentations and business review materials for leadership meetings.
• Maintain and improve reporting processes, databases, and analytical tools.
