Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Product Lead Data Science to bridge business and the Data Science Tech team. You will translate business needs into actionable requirements and guide the DS team on what to build.

You will gather inputs from product managers and stakeholders, define data sources, and outline integration with Blibli Seller Center. This role emphasizes collaboration and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce.
• Familiarity with data science/AI concepts.
• Ability to translate business problems into clear PRDs and success metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Data-driven mindset with analytics to prioritize impact.

Responsibilities

• Gather and consolidate requirements from Product Managers, units, and stakeholders.
• Benchmark competitors and inform data science product direction.
• Develop a detailed PRD outlining problem, scope, data, outcomes, and metrics.
• Detail requirements to the DS Tech team and suggest DS approaches.
• Define data sources for detection/prediction and data inputs.
