Erajaya Active Lifestyle in Jakarta is seeking a Senior Sales professional to lead and optimize achievement of senior targets within the area. The role involves planning routes, setting daily targets, and coordinating with dealers to maximize market impact.

You will analyze market trends, develop sales plans, and forecast performance against targets, while providing hands-on coaching to dealers and addressing field issues to ensure consistent growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major is required
• At least 4 years proven sales experience
• Experience in retail, especially marine sales

• Create and monitor route plans and daily sales targets
• Analyze market and create sales plans/forecasts vs targets
• Create plans for tactical programs in the area
• Create forecasts based on dealers, products, and sales consultants, and break down targets per consultant
• Evaluate dealer potential to inform demand planning
• Direct solutions to dealer issues (price protection, CN, Debit Notes)
• Provide coaching and mentoring to dealers on sales issues and field reviews

Job description

• Analyze, evaluate, and improve the achievement of senior sales targets, comparing current sales targets to target value.


• Create and monitor route plans and daily sales targets (closing/assigned).


• Analyze the market and create sales plans/forecasts against targets.


• Create plans for tactical programs in the area.


• Create forecasts based on dealers, products, and sales consultants, and break down targets per sales consultant.


• Evaluate mapping results against the number of dealers or outlets to obtain a broad overview of the area's overall potential.


• Review dealer potential analysis results to provide suggestions to Senior Sales regarding demand planning in the area.


• Direct solutions to dealer issues (e.g., price protection, CN, Debit Notes, etc.).


• Provide regular coaching and mentoring to dealers regarding sales issues and field reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor degree of any major


• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales role
