Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking an Inside Sales professional to drive sales within the Ocean Division. You will provide direct support to customers, including complex quotations and advanced technical support.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, you will follow established processes, identify parts, create quotes and actively pursue upselling opportunities while using CRM tools to support the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Marine equipment and technical background a plus (aftersales, spare parts & service).
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent team player and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders.
• High customer service orientation.
• Experience in an international setting with matrix organization.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow established sales processes to promote Alfa Laval products and services.
• Identify parts/products needed by customers.
• Create and follow up transactional quotes.
• Proactively look for upselling opportunities.
• Follow up quotes to ensure customer understanding and alignment with needs.
• Use CRM tools to support the sales process.
