Chalidana Group di Surabaya mencari Hotel Sales Executive untuk mengembangkan dan menjaga hubungan dengan klien potensial dan yang sudah ada, serta mendorong penjualan hotel seperti kamar, ruang pertemuan, banquet, dan layanan lainnya sesuai strategi pemasaran perusahaan.

Anda akan melakukan kunjungan klien, menyusun proposal dan kontrak, melakukan riset pasar, melapor secara rutin, serta bekerja sama dengan Front Office, Banquet, F&B, dan Operasional Acara agar layanan terpenuhi tepat waktu.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position, preferably as a Hotel Sales Executive.
• Available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
• Selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, banquet packages, and other services to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Conducting regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
• Preparing tailored proposals, price quotations, and negotiating contracts or corporate rates with clients.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Preparing daily/weekly sales activity reports, maintaining CRM databases, and tracking booking pipelines.
• Working closely with the Front Office, Banquet, F&B, and Event Operations teams to ensure promised services are delivered smoothly.
• Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying market opportunities, and driving hotel sales in accordance with the company's marketing strategies. This role focuses on promoting hotel products and services, including room accommodations, meeting facilities, banquet packages, and other offerings to achieve sales targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Maintaining and building strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
• Sales & Revenue Generation: Selling hotel rooms, meeting spaces, banquet packages, and other services to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Sales Calls & Field Visits: Conducting regular sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
• Proposal & Contract Creation: Preparing tailored proposals, price quotations, and negotiating contracts or corporate rates with clients.
• Market Research & Analysis: Monitoring market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting & Administration: Preparing daily/weekly sales activity reports, maintaining CRM databases, and tracking booking pipelines.
• Cross-Departmental Coordination: Working closely with the Front Office, Banquet, F&B (Food & Beverage), and Event Operations teams to ensure promised services are delivered smoothly.
• Promotional Events Participation: Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM
