Job summary

Bentani Hotel & Residence di Cirebon membuka peluang bagi profesional Sales yang berdedikasi untuk mengelola penjualan kamar, pertemuan, dan F&B.

Anda akan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru, melakukan presentasi penjualan, dan menjaga hubungan dengan klien korporat serta travel agents. Laporan penjualan dan analisis pasar menjadi bagian rutin pekerjaan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales or similar field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems.
• Familiarity with Power Pro hotel management system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rooms, meetings, and F&B.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct sales calls/presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and travel agents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Prepare sales reports and market analysis.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Bentani Hotel & Residence is a premier 4-star hotel located strategically in Cirebon city. We pride ourselves on offering comfortable accommodations and a diverse range of F&B outlets serving international cuisines-Including Western, Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Chinese.

\\* Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for rooms, meetings, and F&B.

\\* Identify new business opportunities and conduct sales calls/presentations.

\\* Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate accounts and travel agents.

\\* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

\\* Prepare sales reports and market analysis.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field (Hotel Sales).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in computer software (MS Office, etc.).

Familiarity with hotel systems (specifically Power Pro) is highly preferred.

Bachelor's degree (S1); certification in Hospitality Management is a plus.
