• Candidates with a Chinese Indonesian background are mandatory
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or home appliances industry
• Experience in handling electronic products or home appliances is highly preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Good product knowledge and the ability to explain product features and benefits to customers
• Able to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting
• Willing to travel for business purposes or conduct client visits when required
• Good command of English is an advantage
• Willing to work on-site and adapt to the company's working schedule
