About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk in Aceh. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and build strong customer relationships in the Aceh region. As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in promoting our portfolio of consumer products, achieving sales targets, and expanding our market presence. This role is based in Aceh Tenggara or Aceh Barat Daya and requires you to be actively engaged with customers, distributors, and retailers to maximise revenue and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers and distribution channels within the Aceh Tenggara or Aceh Barat Daya
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, and retail partners
• Present and demonstrate company products to potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients
• Conduct regular market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive threats
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to develop effective sales strategies
• Maintain comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and community events in the Aceh Tenggara or Aceh Barat Daya

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar sales role, preferably in the consumer goods or FMCG sector minimum 2-3 years
• Strong ability to identify sales opportunities and convert leads into profitable business
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
• Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and goals
• Knowledge of the Aceh Tenggara or Aceh Barat Daya market, local business practices, and established networks would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
