Job summary

Tanamera Coffee Indonesia is looking for a driven Sales/Business Development professional to drive growth in Jakarta. You will manage key accounts, pursue new business opportunities in F&B, and help expand our distribution of fresh, specialty coffee.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business-related fields, 1–2 years in sales or BD, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales, Account Executive, or Business Development in F&B, coffee suppliers, or HORECA equipment industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Target-driven, proactive, and able to identify new business opportunities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is preferred.

Tanamera Coffee was estabilished with two aims, to promote the fact that nothing beats a cup of freshly roasted specialty coffee as well as showing our support and passion for Indonesian Arabica!

It turned out that many of Jakarta's population agreed and our first Roastery at Thamrin City, became a great place for coffee lovers to drink, chat and generally just hang out - attracting people of all ages and from all walks of life!

Since joining Tanamera Coffee mid-2014, our exceptionally talented head roaster, Mr. John Lee, has worked tirelessly to source the finest, most delicious and responsibly sourced Arabica beans available in Indonesia. John then meticulously adjust the roasting profile for each Tanamera Coffee, to bring out all the delicate flavours, notes and aromas that are characteristic to each variety, processing method and origin.
