Zusammenfassung

Shipco Transport Inc. in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive business growth and act as the main contact between the company and customers.

You will respond to inquiries, present proposals, and negotiate rates to expand the service footprint. You will maintain strong client relationships, collaborate on forecasting and pipeline development, and ensure high-quality delivery by addressing service-related issues.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years similar experience in the Ocean / Air freight industries
• Knowledgeable in commercial and operational roles in freight management/NVOCC business (Product/Commercial Business Development/Tender Management) will be an added advantage
• Good analytical skills & negotiation experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Establish and develop potential business opportunities through customer visit, fostering customer relationship, and offering new business trade lane
• Prepare and present company proposal, submit quotation, and also negotiating rate with pricing
• Maintain existing customer relationships, and contacts to ensure customer satisfaction in our services
• Collaborate with manager to ensure alignment with company strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development.
• Responsible for all incoming queries and provide solution to the service delivery related issues
• Operative use of company implemented sales tools and processes, e.g update report in CRM (Sales call log, Customer Profile)

This role is accountable and fully responsible to grow the business in accordance to company objectives (i.e. revenue, profitability, product growth initiatives). Act as key point of contact between the company and customers: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products.
